Hey All!
I have a phone interview for a data scientist role at snowflake comming up. Any advice on how to prep?
The email indicates that the call will cover my experience, motivations, and understanding of Snowflake.
Curious if other have gone through the process and have insights to share. Or if anyone at snowflake can shed light on how I can be effective.

Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

My goto things when joining any new orgs (which I've done 4 times now over about 9 years):
0) Don't over think and keep up what you were doing. They already identified that you were doing well. Congrats!
1) Listen, Take notes, ask clarifying questions. Be a Jr. Engineer or Senior, you need to get your "sea legs" on the new team and learn about it and the space y'all operate in. (i.e. Don't be a bull in a china shop)
2) See where there's issues and drive solutions. Usually I start to identify work that people don't enjoy on the team and volunteer my time effort to work on those, own then / become a SME, and (if possible) automate them. I've found that people like it when the new team mate picks up the "un fun" tasks :)
Regardless, Congrats and good luck!
In the career app I am building, we have a first 100 day on the job program that is tap through and super easy to use. You do the micro coaching which takes just a couple minutes per step and then you get weekly emails and push notifications to remind you what to do. I’d love for you to try it. It’s totally free. www.cheaseed.com
