I got an offer from UST global for 32.5 lpa (31 fixed +1.5 lpa VP) + 2 lac JB for technical lead 1 position.

-You are getting paid the same as the new comers, even juniors too. So don't expect them to pay you fairly.
-Hikes are given based on how good a bootlicker you are. If you try to say anything otherwise, they'll make sure that your life is as miserable as possible here. If you value your life and your career, I suggest you stay away from HPS account. Especially the DB services.
-If you have great ideas make sure you send mails, else others will take your ideas as their own.
-People are hired just to keep the count, and not based on the skills. If you are one of the few who actually knowns something be ready to teach others, 99% of the your work will be teaching others the work. They will get the promotion and hikes, sometimes they will only have 1 years of exp.
-The CEO talks about bringing Health proof as a Product based but the service based culture will always remain.
-Management expects that employees have no life outside of office.
-They will ask to come to office even if you are not required to come that day.
-No privacy. Your life schedule has to be public, they need to known that you are 24x7 available for calls. You'll get calls even if your are in hospital. So you can guess how much capable are the people working here. This goes for people who have resigned as well.
-In term of appraisal and hike, you can ask anyone. If your ask HR, HR will say ask manager, when we ask manager he'll says HR doesn't allow him to give that person that much.
