The big boss expects a change in a current process, he sent email request to a senior person (whom I work closely with), he copied my manager but not me; the other senior and myself both report to this manager.
My manager initially told me he expected the changes being the responsibility of the other senior, but as things get started, the senior person fwd me everything Big boss sent, and asked me to make it, and as if “I am helping you”… I am struggled to navigate through this relationships

I am rather planning to break into the top MBA programs at the time. I have financial resources to do so but I feel quite mixed after getting the Macc for KPMG position without pursuing the CPA.
