The big boss expects a change in a current process, he sent email request to a senior person (whom I work closely with), he copied my manager but not me; the other senior and myself both report to this manager.
My manager initially told me he expected the changes being the responsibility of the other senior, but as things get started, the senior person fwd me everything Big boss sent, and asked me to make it, and as if “I am helping you”… I am struggled to navigate through this relationships

I'm a little confused on Danko - does he offer a self-study option for the coursework requirement? On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?
