Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

Hard to tell with limited context. But in general the acquiring company usually has the leverage. Update your resume and keep your options open. I’d pay no mind at all to the JBL speaker thing. Doesn’t seem relevant to anything in my opinion.
That is a hard question to answer. I worked for an organization that sold several times.
First company talked about all the money they had and how they planned to invest. They sold one of the manufacturing facilities off. Economy took a dump and they quit paying bills. They basically washed their hands of us.
Next company came in. I was HR over three plants at the time when they closed another plant down. I was told to focus on one plant because their plans was to close the third. I started seeing some of the same behaviors of not paying bills.
One of my plant managers got a job with the competitor and he called to ask me to join him at his new employer. I jumped ship so fast. I couldn't go through all that again. It was mentally and physically draining.
Wow. What a really weird thing to bring up in a posting.
If they have made cuts, they may continue to make cuts. Start looking around for another gig.
I'm not finding a significance to what the overhead music has to do with anything in telling that a company is stable. Did they have a dedicated person choosing the jams with a DJ role or something?
Although the JBL speaker thing seems insignificant please feel free to let me know when you have walked into any establishment, bank or not, and music wasn’t playing overhead?
If there wasn’t any music playing overhead how long was that establishment there for after you noticed there’s no music playing?
I guarantee you it’s the little things that seem insignificant that makes the difference. I’ve been through mergers and acquisitions before and there’s always signs.
