Hey everyone! I wanted to put feelers out there for how much account executives with 2 plus years of sales in medial sales software are getting paid.

How often does anyone feel burned out? At what point does anyone say enough of this shit after feeling ignored by your company? Keep in mind that this is work at home.

Do you keep interviewing after offer signed and background check cleared?

Worked in Financial Services and Wealth Management for 12 years. CFP working in the banking channel and completing my MBA within a few months with a focus in Mergers & Acquisitions. Really can’t take the stress and compliance involved with being an Advisor anymore I’m losing hair everyday. Any suggestions where to go?

Should I decline the offer and ask to be considered for a higher role that better fits my qualifications? The offer I had was with a great bank but I'm overqualified for that. Its been hard to find a job because I dont have prior experiences.

Currently working as a finance analyst II for a fortune 100 company in a corporate finance role. Genuinely curious, do people actually enjoy working in the Oracle EPM system? Been working in it for 2 years and it’s miserable. I can’t imagine anyone waking up and looking forward to implementing that system, but that could just be me.

The Mrs and I will be moving up to the Bay Area within the next year. Realistically how much should we be earning in order to afford a home out there? Everything we see listed that is even remotely close to what we’d want is $1.2-$1.3M and can’t fathom having a mortgage that high.

What are the revenue goals for managers at Deloitte? Are they soft goals, do managers always meet or exceed them? What other performance metrics are unique for managers?

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. I’m very interested in the opportunity but also don’t want to make a poor financial decision early in my career. Thank you for your time!
