The HR at JPMorgan Chase asked me to send my resume to them via email. I did send it but I haven't applied to any position through the career portal. How long should I wait before applying online?

Should I wait 3 days, follow up, and then apply if I don't hear back in another 3 days? I'm a little confused about how this works and don't want to rush them but I also don't want to lose an opportunity haha!

A year ago I moved to an HCOL area to accept a new position, however, I do not go into the office daily. I just go whenever my team needs to be in office. Was wondering has anyone moved out of an HCOL area to save money on rent and was it frowned upon when your firm found out? Looking for career advice. I’m based in Canada, MCOL area, and barely making ends meet at 62k total comp. I started a new job in May. I took a step down from Paralegal to Legal Asst. At my interview I was told that to them the title was interchangeable & I would be doing Paralegal work, especially considering that I knew how to do the heavy Paralegal work. But it’s been 6 months of tedious admin work & when I point out mistakes on pleadings, question case strategy or discovery methods, & suggest more effective ways to get things done, I get these weird looks or the brush off.
