The office is as boring as the people here. No one interacts, everyone is at their desk and so so boring. Hardly any young crowd to hangout with, all are mostly married-aged people. I miss a good chill crowd! P.S. Talking about Mumbai RTP office. Not sure about others offices.

Hi guys, i have a current CTC of fixed 30L and I got a variable ~8L (32%). I heard that Bofa doesn't give bonus so what is the ideal one can quote the HR and should look reasonable?
PS - I heard that Bofa gives an average hike of 10% whereas in consulting I have always received hike > 20 or above.
Given this and markets I was hoping for ~50L (considering 30+8)? Any suggestions. Also they are in an urgent requirement for the role to be filled. I need suggestions on this number. Thanks in advance
