My current ctc is 5.5 lpa in Harman , working in an automotive devision with a role of devpr(mostly the work is in c++ and linux). I have a average coding skill. Tho, I'm not very good at competitive programming. How to take a switch in big product based company. What are skill sets i need to learn. I'm really confused! Some says learn full stack. I have to increase my pay from 5.5 to atleast 30 in next 3 yr

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Student loans question: my sister has $100K in loans. She has $15-20K sitting in her bank account.
