The worst experience of my life. I put in lots of extra unpaid hours for two years and then was told I wasnt doing enough.

Because I was a one person team i got to witness first hand the significant lack of understanding different business development roles. Because of that they lack a realistic understanding of how much can be done by one person.

I wouldn’t recommend working here, especially for any business development roles.

Does anyone feel that the Oil and Gas industry is the most discriminatory industry of all? They won’t even look at resume without O&G experience! It does not make sense to me as I would rather teach someone the specifics of an industry if they were a good fit. And for an industry that has so many obstacles from Government, Environmental Organizations and so on, why they are adding more bad publicity to themselves is not a great approach.
