There is a new guy in the company, joined to set up a new practice, and I haven't met him yet. I keep receiving requests, via other people, from him and it's driving me absolutely bonkers. I reached out to set an intro call up with him, but it's not until the end of week. Yet I'm still receiving "requests". I'm aware I probably need to get over myself, but it's really souring my mood towards him. Any words of wisdom? Other than "get over yourself"

My AD isn’t good at conceptualization and isn’t helping me come up with ideas. (Maybe bc they went from GD to AD). How do I convince them their job involves more than graphic design and mock ups?

Any thoughts on how do we deal with an incompetent boss who you dont look up to and have no trust that you would ever get credit for the work you would do for him/her? Given that changing the boss is not an option.

Over the past year, my counsel is constantly judged by a select few senior business folks (eg arguing over FTC compliance, IP risk counsel, and even simple things regarding NDAs that any attorney wouldn’t question. It’s very frustrating that my own team is the one I have to defend my logic to (and not opposing counsel). How to deal with a relationship trauma? Especially when your ex has moved on.

My friend just got out of a relationship and hooked up with his ex's best friend a week later. They're now dating and seeing each other everyday.
I couldn't help but feel like this wasn't an appropriate thing to do for both parties. He also revealed that he cheated on his past exes.

I'm naturally feeling a bit weary of his character and questioning whether this is a friend I want to keep close in my life. Perhaps I'm being too judgmental?
