I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Honestly does not surprise me at all. With the re-org, you'd think Omnicom employees have the lion's share of job security but the health sector is maybe the *one* area where IPG has leverage. FCBHealth alone is a beast, not to mention Area 23. Not that everyone there is gonna keep their jobs either, but even Omnicom knows that you can't absorb an agency bigger than yours. The opposite happens.
I think it’s pretty clear that although Omnicom is acquiring IPG, IPG Health will take over what’s left of Omnicom Health Group. Omnicom Health lost their CEO and Chief Marketing Officer after the merger was announced (clearly they saw the writing on the wall or maybe KNEW) and to my knowledge those roles haven’t been replaced, just interim people.
The interim Head of HR (General Counsel who jumped in when the Global Head of HR left) is now leaving as well and not being replaced. At this point only the CFO is still in place at OHG. Seems like it’s just a matter of time until IPG Health takes over (whose C-Suite seems whole and is no stranger to network takeovers….ICC, McCann Health, etc.).
Didn’t they only form like 10 years ago after merging a couple dying agencies? Leadership team there blows but somehow continues to fail upwards.
Probably the re-org. Recent employee handbook had a change in severance pay outs. 6mo-2yrs=1 week pay
Two weeks for the first year, one week for each additional was FCBs package for years. It increased to 2 weeks after year 15.
Could it have a little to do with Keytruda losing exclusivity in a year or two?

Can confirm.
One on the best agencies Ive worked at. Most of the work sucks but there are some good people and leadership here.. In my opinion it has to do with IPG acquisition but of course they’re not framing it that way
We are expecting some “transfers.”
It was a nice agency to work at. But the leadership just spent time flying from office to office vs leading an organization through times and change.
Then there was infighting. Callahan left. KG gone. And the work was meh. Poor Robin could only do so much.
Poor Robin?
