I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its a Product based and good WLB and learning? Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs

Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

Not in front of a laptop right now but from what I can recall - if you hover your mouse to the axis, it will turn into arrows. Use that to drag the axes.
I can expand using the mouse to the negative coordinates but want to blow up a certain section of it and can’t hover it beyond 0.
If you want to start at 250 you can’t have any data points below 250 or else it won’t let you re-adjust the axes. Not sure if thats your issue but it’s happened to me before
BAs are the best!

You can’t. Axes don’t intersect at 250, 250.
What you can do is put a set of break bars in each axis if you don’t have data below 250.
I had to recreate in native charts and it worked
Not sure I understand what you’re trying to do, but try holding down the Alt key while you drag the axes. Think cell has to know you mean it 🙂
