RCB was playing in blue today.
Sometime I feel, orgs like Infosys Tata Consultancy Accenture and similar service based paying peanuts to employees and giving Fat paychecks to CEO's,, should be absconded by every other new joiner, So that they would stop giving 3-4 lpa and instead come in the range of 5-6lpa.
I also want to urge to all employees that its high time to go for bigger number and switch, why should only ceo, and top leadership have all the fun, each and everyone of us deserve better lifestyle

How tough is chartis’ case interview?
Most likely you will be working within Revenue Cycle unless you make it abundantly clear that is not what you are interested in. Revenue Cycle is great though just something to be aware of. Within RevCycle we have started to do some really innovative and interesting projects that I would consider cutting edge (we aren’t building rockets by any means but keep in mind Healthcare is broken and a slow moving machine). Also, the culture at Huron is unmatched IMHO. Benefits and salary are about industry avg except the unlimited pto policy paired with our great culture is a match made in heaven. Ping me if you want to chat more.
Well it’s about 80-90% travel so you really just need to be in a city with a large airport. Last I checked we have 17 offices across the country (think major cities) and headquartered in Chicago. Ping me if you want to hear more
Speaking as a Huron vet, compensation is low. Managers and directors should make less while good analysts and associates should make more. We are losing a lot of good people who do the actual work, while the management (who makes a lot more) stays and does nothing to keep said talent
I wouldn’t recommend leaving Deloitte for Huron unless you absolutely hate Big D. The pay is far inferior
Yeah not sure what H3 is talking about
Second M1, I am not in rev cycle so I cannot speak to that. Everything else is aligned to what I am experiencing.
Yeah great company awesome people culture. I’m not in healthcare but have heard good things from colleagues there
Let me know if you are interested in Navigant as well as it has a lot of similarities to Huron! And for those saying they would be interested in working at Huron if they could be guaranteed not to be in Revenue Cycle, FYI Navigant interviews and hires directly into our business units (with Revenue Cycle being just one of them) so you have more control over the type of work you will be doing during the hiring process. I'd be happy to refer or chat with anyone (I'm a RC Consultant @ Navigant)
Loved my time as an analyst at Huron, and still loving it. I’ve been fortunate to dabble in areas outside of typical rev cycle and we’re definitely hiring. Feel free to message me if you’re interested in chatting or a referral!
My issue is that I’m finding it hard to move over to the commercial healthcare sector where the projects I would be interested are. My background is primarily in healthcare and I rather not do PMO gov work for the rest of my life.
Analyst $67k
Associates $83k
Managers ~$110k
Directors ~$145k
As reported by a manager at Huron
OP I am having the same issue. Leadership has blocked me a couple of times even though multiple projects on the commercial side wanted me. I thought the operating transition would of made it easier and more transparent to switch over to commercial, but that has not been the case. Deloitte Fed has made it abundantly clear that they do not appreciate Fed practitioners requesting for transfer over to commercial. Some people have done it, but not many. You have to be lucky or be in the in-crowd or something. Im not sure how they have been able to do it.
Id definitely be willing to transition to Huron for healthcare project work, however I dont ever want to work on Revenue Cycle. If they could promise me that, Id apply today.
The reality is that all practices need people. And competent people, I’ll add lol
