SAP Sal 11.7 fixed + 1.3 Vpay = 13LPA Airbus Sal 14.3 fixed + 2.7Vpay = 17.5 LPA and 5L joining (should be given back if early exit in 3years) Both companies have other benefits apart from CTC. I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.
Can any one please tell me if its correct or just an excuse not to give me offer. If its true, when will this freeze be removed?

What are your billable reqs, if you don’t mind sharing?
Ours are lower…my salary reflects it lol. But I’m sure I would have left already if they were any higher. But they require 1700.

I feel this. I'm constantly hearing it from management about my hours.
Billing is hell. Think hard before you jump.
I billed the required 2000/year for 13 years primarily as a writer (i.e. “hard time”) and vividly recall one year end review where I was told it wasn’t enough. And then was laid off! You’re just a number on a spreadsheet, work quality doesn’t matter, nothing. Just a number. If that sounds like something you can live with, go for it. It’s not fun.
