This is going to sound weird but does anyone feel like they got too fat from the pandemic and is having anxiety about going back into the office? I’m probably gained like 100lbs and I’m here thinking I rather apply for a wfh job than go back in and look like a slob. I dunno maybe it’s just me. Thoughts?

my sister died this morning. I posted about her in a past post. Alcohol addiction, liver failure and then it taxed the kidneys too much, she went into cardiac arrest at 9 am and they could not save her. She was 51. Sad day for sure. What happens when someone sign an offer letter and decide not to join for some reason like joining a diff company?

I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I find this aspect of PA stressful and exhausting but not sure if this is something you just get used to. Currently a manager and seems like the metrics just change over time / don’t get easier.
