Sometimes you know you've reached that point when it feels like you're just going through the motions. The job isn't difficult and you're okay with it, but it's just kind of boring. At that point it's best to get serious about finding something else, otherwise you'll start to stagnate. And you'll lose out on opportunities that could be out there.

That’s a really fair point. Sometimes it’s not even that the job is bad, it’s just that feeling of going through the motions every day. I agree that’s usually a sign it might be time to start looking for something new before you get too comfortable and miss other opportunities.
An easy way of knowing, is when you dread going to work. If days off and time off, becomes the highlight, and not the job. Then, there's no value in staying.

That’s a really good way to put it. When the highlight of your week becomes the days you don’t have to work, it’s usually a sign something isn’t right anymore. Life’s too short to stay somewhere that constantly drains you. Appreciate you sharing that perspective. 👍
I move on when the responsibilities outmatch the pay, and if it stays that way for a long time. I'm not about being taken advantage of anymore!

That’s a fair point. When the responsibilities keep growing but the pay doesn’t reflect it, it definitely starts to feel like you’re being taken for granted. Good on you for recognizing your worth and setting that boundary. 👏
