Our school uses Foss Kits for Science and I was told when students return, we will need to sanitize all items before and after each use. This doesn’t seem possible in a middle school setting where each period has a 4 minute break and 25 students in each period. I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. My experience at D has been confusing through and through, and I think the company is purposely misleading. Over the course of 1 year, I’ve been in 3 different offerings and gone from a cross-consulting strategy consultant to an Oracle ERP consultant, all automatically based on organizational changes. I’m beyond confused and now 5 steps removed from the area I joined Deloitte to pursue. Despite having *very vocally* expressed my non-interest in my role, they did not lay me off cont.
