This week I was shocked when we had a few people quit unexpectedly. Turnover is a thing but in January, just after you survived layoffs? I am wondering if they had better opportunities lined up... but in this job market? I wish them the best of luck but it is brutal out there. A few weeks ago I reached out to someone who quit 6mo ago and they wish they hadn't. Grass isn't always greener!
