Red flag? I use TD's robo investor for my IRA and personal investment portfolio. I noticed it chooses the same ETFs, although potentially a different ratio. This seems that it's not properly diversified for long and mid term. Should I be concerned, or just let the investment fly?

Those are all very diversified ETFs. Basically representing US bonds, emerging market bonds, us stocks, other developed market stocks, emerging market stocks.

What ETFs and at what ratios? What goals are you setting to drive the proposed elections?

Since they're robo investors, I set my risk tolerance as the highest. It invests in AGG, EMB, ITOT, VEA, and VWO.

In what ratio?

I would say at a minimum it should be more income producing assets in IRA vs growth assets in taxable brokerage

Believe it or not most financial advisors recommend a very similar passive strategy. Don’t need to pay money to find allocation guidance, but should determine a long-term tax strategy

Those are extremely diversified funds. Even 1 of those funds (ITOT) is the most diversified you can get for US stocks

I have a 25K loan from my MBA. I paid off 100k whole, after graduation. 3 years ago, I moved my loan from federal to private ( SOFI) account. I recently lost my job. I have applied for unemployment, as the severance that I received will only cover for 2 months. Together my husband and I used to make less than 250k after tax. Now, with a loss of pay , we are going to make less. Do you think I will be eligible for Loan forgiveness?

Have money invested in S&P 500, and now starting to regret not having diversified to international stocks as well. Would want to diversify now to buy a total stock market index, however since S&P 500 dropped more than that index, not sure it’s worth to crystallize losses to do that. The alternative is to stop buying S&P 500 and start buying other markets as separate ETFs, to eventually bring in line approx. with total stock market index. Any advice on the best course of action?

Probably the antithesis of this bowl - but need some advice. This is for a house in a Southern metro. Built in 1960s completely remodeled in 2000s with some very recent additional remodeling of kitchen and bathrooms. Well kept house. The price will be nearly $1M, the same as something built in 2010+ with similar square footage (because a lot of the price is the lot, its a super expensive zip). Should I steer clear because of the age? Will it cost a ton in maintenance and utility bills?
