Thoughts on boomeranging back agencies? I recently made a jump for a lot more money and the promise of new, big opportunities at a holding co in nyc but the opps were massively oversold, there's no culture & people have been quitting on a weekly basis since I started. Considering going back to one of my previous agencies (both well respected with people I love still there and both have said they'd take me back any time). Is it a bad look for my career/resume though?
