Thoughts on Equinox? I am currently a member at LA Fitness and it’s always crowded and messy. I live in the NYC area.

I tried so hard today to finish all my errands and read and even worked out. And I'm taking medication and keeping my diet healthy. But today I realized I don't have anyone to talk to anymore when this image of me hanging keep popping up in my head. I couldn't even tell my psychiatrist. I'm searching for places that can handle my weight. I even cried full on which has not been happening since I started taking medication for depression. Is this anxiety? Or my brain is just ready let go finally.

Is anyone spending an abundant amount of time evaluating and tracking quarantine cases, attending internal Covid updates and other tasks associated with Covid at work ?

Good gyms (besides equinox) that aren’t crowded/small?

People on medication—is your medicine managed through a psychiatrist or your primary care dr? The psychiatrist is charging me $225 a session ($116 with insurance) vs I can see my primary dr for free (ie covered by insurance). Can she manage it ?

Trying to decide on the HDHP Health Insurance. Basic vs. Premium. Benefits says the two are equivalent in coverage except three differences - deductible $3K premium vs $3.5k basic, no monthly payment for basic and no $2K company contribution for basic HDHP. What am I missing here. Why would t one not go for basic as you are ahead by about $1K. Any explanations or thoughts?

Having serious sleep problems, on and off been about two years now. Recently had an episode of extreme dizziness, diagnosis is vertigo. Been two months, still feel it from time to time.

I've had a whoop for the past 8 months and since the last firmware update it simply doesn't actively synch and it's basically junk. I switched from my old apple watch 3 because I wanted the active heart rate monitoring to help my doctor with my blood pressure and it worked amazingly well. From 15th November will TCS employee need to report to "ODC Location"? If their "base location" and "ODC Location" is different; will they get deputation benefits i.e. "air ticket, tata quarter, deputation allowance"? Or will they forcefully transfer and change the base location without employee's consent?
