5-6 days/wk. I try to do 25-30 min Stair-master or 15% incline walk 3x/wk with a heart rate between 140-160 bpm
Diet, i don’t really track, but what has worked for me to keep fat intake low. I’ve tried other diets with low carb, higher fat, and they do not work for me.
When I’m really cutting, this is my typical diet though
Meal 1: 8 oz egg white + 1/2 cup oats
Meal 2: 8 oz lean protein + 3 oz vegetable
Meal 3: 8 oz lean protein + 1/2 cup rice
Meal 4: Low Carb Protein Shake (1 scoop)
Meal 5: 8 oz lean protein + 3 oz vegetable
Meal 6: Protein Shake (2 scoops) + Peanut Butter
Protein, e.g., chicken breast, turkey breast, ground turkey (99/1), lean fish (mahi mahi, swordfish; salmon is very fatty), chicken salad with greek yogurt
You do this as long as it takes to get bf down to point abs show
I workout 4-5 times a week. Mostly weight training. I eat at a calorie deficit and track my food, but believe in flexible dieting, which means if I want a donut, I'll eat a donut, and just work the rest of my calories around that, but still maintaining protein at body weight.
5 days a week and diet doesn’t really matter too much in terms of what you’re eating as long as calories in is lower than your maintenance, you’ll lose weight and abs will eventually become visible. Hit your protein per pound target of the day and the rest doesn’t matter within the limit mentioned above!

I do 1g/lb
6 days a week usually. Don’t count macros or calories
I run/hike 4-7x week (4-8mi) - all outdoors - road and trail depending on how much time I have. I haven’t been to the gym since I moved to LA YEARS ago so I don’t do weights anymore, though I probably should in general. I used to do push-ups, pull-ups and abs at home but have gotten a bit lazy with that, but the abs haven’t gone away so I shouldn’t complain…
I’m mostly vegan, primarily eat at home - I’m picky and like cooking - and have always been very health conscious - lots of veggies, lentils, some grains, fruit - the usual “healthful” stuff with some indulgences here and there (cheese, ice cream, other sweets). Not a big drinker either which probably helps.

I eat non-stop fast food but also I walk a lot because I'm anxious. The result? Abs.
Portion control, fasting, and gym. You are what you eat. Also, easy on the alcohol.
Gym - six days a week.
