I have offers from Broadcom and SSIR. Salary of Broadcom is higher than SSIR but mostly dependant on Rsu. Any idea about wlb and quality of work in both companies? YOE: 3.5 with M.tech from tier 1 college. Working in hardware domain. @Broadcom @Samsung @Nvidia @Qualcomm @AMD @Intel Corporation

Hi, currently making 10.5 lakhs fixed as AM ( recently promoted) , have an offer from KPMG for consultant for 15.5 fixed. Should i take demotion from AM to consultant. Question: do y’all really love this stuff and understand it? Or are you all on the “fake it til you make it” wave? I ask because I’m in a specialty group under the Corporate umbrella and many of the partners and some senior associates are extremely smart and clearly enjoy this stuff. Some even do “night time reading” to catch up on the recent laws. I, on the other hand, cannot wrap my head around it most of the time and would rather not waste energy doing it. Is it just me? What do i do? Quit?

Hi fellow PMs, Question for the group: has anyone here made the switch from being a creative agency PM to a digital producer or digital agency PM? In my current company I think the development portion I've been given is kinda simple, I've asked my manager and seniors to level up my work and stuff, *which they did* but I kinda caught up.. now what should I do, should I ask them to level up again or look for better opportunities
Also, I had some Interest in CyberSecurity and I grinded it on my pre-final semester at Uni, should I try on that path as well or should I stick to development?

Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). I have a BS/MS/PhD in engineering and an MBA in business analytics. Currently making 100k as an engineer IV.
