That is your answer.
Do it. Spent 5 years working across almost all of the teams. Loved it.
Heads up - it’s A LOT of work and they have a very specific way of working. But if you play ball and work hard it’s amazing. And there’s a good chance you’ll get to see the world while traveling for work. Good luck!
Elaborate on the “very specific” thing?
I can only speak to my experience but I really like working here. Even with everything going on we’ve been pretty busy. I’ve also been pleasantly surprised by Publicis as a holding company throughout all of this.
I also agree. They have been great.

I know some of their account folks that work on the PG business, and they’re good people.
I’m assuming you’re more junior based on your title. If so, it’s a great place to learn and a good name + client on your resume.
If you can avoid it I would. Lots of nice people there, but Publicis Groupe is slowly destroying all of their creative shops. Plus they make getting raises a complete nightmare.
I would only work in the Tide group there, the creatives are very friendly and capable. But even in that group be prepared to deal with extremely difficult clients that cant really be pushed back on.

Ask for a follow up interview or email back with questions that would help you answer your concerns. We all know the company is going to share the best views of themselves. Ask the hard questions with them and see what they respond with.
It’s a sinking ship. You’re basically working for Publicis. But for each their own. If you were a creative I’d say run. As an account person, maybe not so bad. P&G won’t hurt your resume
