Received an offer today from Twilio for a L3 program manager (non tech) for 125 base, 60k equity, and a 15k sign on (essentially 140k TC). I currently make more than this and have offers higher than this on the table. Anyone have insight on how much I can counter?

I have the option to leave Biglaw for in-house position at Fortune 100 for 320k TC with 10 YOE in HCOLC. This is my first in-house role and so I wanted others' thoughts on TC range for my level.

Looking for advice! I was approved to work remotely but my salary will decrease 10%. I received two raises so the decrease brings me down to my previous salary. I was told that it’s due to the cost of labor in the area.

Hi Fishes, I was hired by Optum as Tableau Developer in June 2021. One year passed and I was just doing support and maintenance work on Tableau dashboards (no new development). Now the company wants me to work on Power BI and convert all dashboards into it. Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?
