Just joined industry. I love the company, so I'm thrilled to be here. ESPP was incredible at a company like Accenture, but with the stock price of my current company, I'm just wondering if I should take advantage. The dividend is nice. So if anything, I could treat is as income producing source, if not so much an investment that grows significantly.

Back in May 2021, I rented a property that had sustained damage during the big snow storm. This wasn't disclosed at lease signing. The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs. Should I leave my first permanent job as a team leader of 4 DPs in a FMCG business (only been there for 4 months) to join a huge Tech business for a 12months contract?

One of my friend got interviewed in Deloitte and she was asked to rethink her salary ask in the HR round. She reduced it to 1L less than initial ask. Now the status is in benchmarking approval. What does that mean ? Will they release the offer letter ?

My uncle does this (he’s a realtor) and usually gets 2-3x return. Obviously there is huge risk because property prices can change a lot in 1-2 years, but at the same time the upside is hard to ignore.

Anyway I protect myself against the downside risk? (other than loosing my down payment)

I'm under contract for a new build in progress that won't be done until much later this year. I fully expect interest rates will be higher than what I originally estimated. I may or may not try to lock in a good rate early, but I'm planning on renting it out and this throws a bit if a wrench in my margins. I can take it financially, but wondering, If I absolutely needed to get out of buying it, what recourse do I have? Or could I go ahead, and refinance later (who knows rates at that time...)?

Hi all, I’m in the north east metro area and due to the current RE market we decided to look into PA specifically Lancaster. Anyone in this market and have any thoughts on where it’s headed?
