I'm selecting a design platform for a PC-based client and am interested in using Figma.
Can anyone tell me about their experience using the Figma Desktop app on Windows? Are there app differences between the Windows and Mac environments? Would you recommend the Figma Desktop app for Windows?

JPMorgan Chase Did a first round interview for a senior level position at JP Morgan.. hiring manager said I should receive a call back within a couple of weeks.. been over a month.. no intimation post that.. the HR in charge of hiring or scheduling haven’t replied to my emails on what comes next and haven’t scheduled anything. So should I consider this as a dead end ? Does this generally happen at JP? Feels weird that I have been ghosted after what I felt was a very good interview.. Was a good fit too.JPMorgan Chase

Nose / scent work! Find it/hide and seek, training with treats, puzzles/unrolling towels with treats, etc in short spurts - like 10 mins at a time 2-5 times a day - should help. Nose work actually tires them out more effectively than physical activity, so get that sniffer to work ❤️

I also recommend this dog agility set if you have space in your house. I unfortunately/fortunately was influence by someone on Instagram. It’s great for the winter months and rainy days. My dog loves the tunnel and sits by it every night after dinner until I bring it out.

My pups chew on antlers for a good portion of time, but honestly all dogs are different. I have two dogs, and one will chill the entire time whereas the other will start barking the second he gets bored of whatever he’s playing with/chewing on.
Get one of those treat puzzles, my dog loves it snd it keeps her busy, also put peanut butter in a kong and that lasts a while

Yes, we have an old muffin pan specifically for my dog. We put treats in it and put his balls over it. He has to move the balls to get the treat. It’s my dog’s favorite game.
I swear by the Buffalo Horn. Keeps them busy for hours and is indestructible. https://www.petsmart.com/dog/treats/chewy-treats/dentleys-nautres-chews-medium-buffalo-horn-dog-treat-49029.html
Yep! I was weirded out too but they love them
Once he gets vaccinated, walks and dog parks will work wonders for you. Usually 45 min of high intensity activity like that will knock out my pup for at least half the day. He usually sleeps under my desk.
