I'm the type of person who went to industry conferences and listened to the lectures and want to shift toward using the opportunity to focus on meeting people. Appreciate your thoughts!

Recently, my appraisal cycle got completed. So whenever a recruiter asks about CTC, will I need to add the Gratuity and Insurance and then tell the Total number.

In my company Total CTC = CTC + Gratuity + Insurance.
