Hi! I’ve been in hospitality & management for over 10 years and desperate for a career pivot. As anyone in restaurants knows, the work is ~80 hours a week and often making less on salary than your own tipped-wage employees. I have experience with training, team building, HR, financial analytics, client needs, communications and so much more.
