To all those who are about to join ibm .ibm is firing massively but keeping it secret . I was terminated today after approx 3 years of service in ibm. I had no project in hand for 3 months .I was asked to upskill which I did successfully including certification. They put me on pip even after that . I tried to reach out to project managers and resource managers but no one replies here on slack and they will go on long leaves also . This ibm is now a complete lala company.

Big 4 consultant with 10 yoe, mostly in ERP/CRM implementation and program/project management, have Salesforce Admin cert but not much hands on experience due to mostly management exp, looking into Director TPM roles - should I apply? I’m in a little of a pickle but a good one. Offer A. Established “start up” doing well financially and projected to hit profitability. 130k base. Stocks offered, unlimited PTO, and 70% Medical covered. Offer B. Is at a business much larger…90k salary with 10% bonus and generous stock offering. Titles are different which is why the pay is much different. I know some may think it is a no brainer but offer A allows me to grow the department ground up whereas offer B id be apart of to just different
