I have interview scheduled and completed from Commonwealth Bank Bangalore location. All technical rounds cleared.
When I called HR i got a surprise answer..
They mentioned the position which I have intervied is different than the salary rem ranges. And my current salary is higher than position what they have got and asked for approval for rem ranges changes..
Is any one faced this? Ideally HR should know expectation and allocation before scheduling intervjew..

A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

Consultant/manager exits I’ve seen include: director/SM levels for strat/ops at big tech (Microsoft, Amazon, Netapp, Doordash) and consumer goods (Nike, CVS), VP levels in finance (non-IB), and associate/consultant levels at MBB (typically dropping a level)
Rising Star
Seen plenty of laterals in the last couple years too. From both strat and MC.

MBB, f500 Director role…
Pro
Solid exits. MBB, Director - F500 VP roles, tons of people to BizOps FAANG etc. I personally don’t see a ton of exits to PE (aside from a very recent and high profile example).
Rising Star
Honestly the exits i saw when i left at the M level, including my own offers, were phenomenal. Similar to what others are saying here. I’m sure MBB exits overall are better, especially if you’ve been with one client at an mbb for years and then exit to work for them, but it’s hard to imagine the overall outcomes being a ton better than what i saw.
Rising Star
Posted it earlier on the thread - MBB laterals and downlevels, f500 directors, FAANG, other tech companies, startups, T2, some PE S&O roles, Goldman Sachs and equivalents, m7 mba programs, VC, health system leadership, etc.
