I am a Sales Executive with over 16 years over experience with FedEx. During the Pandemic I took a risk and moved to a different industry. Unfortunately my new company was greatly impacted by the pandemic and on Thursday I lost my job due to downsizing.
I have a great track record of success and sales awards in every position I have held. I also have an MBA.

It's my first day at a different big 4 than my tag and the only thing I have to do is an hour zoom call, then the next two days are 3 hr zoom calls. Is this normal? PwC had me doing 9 hrs of training the first day lol

Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). I did that for almost 2 years before making the switch. I miss sales, though. Does anyone have any connections to companies looking? I have also considered a sales analyst role considering that I am moderately versed in Salesforce and have worked both the customer facing and sales generating side. TIA!

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Is it worth going back into a dumpster fire w/ no leadership to gain experience?

Can a company find out if you start to work for another company? Also, is it really a conflict of interest if you work for both companies in the same position, but the companies are in a different field (e.g. pharmaceutical and social media)?

Has anyone bought/ done the HRCI Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management? I already have my PHR, but I’m looking to gain more knowledge/skills and beef up my resume. Is it worth doing? The course is $239 and you get 12 Recert credits with it.

Salam. 23M here - all my life I’ve had my back on our faith - never really prayed but had imaan (I guess). After bouts of depression from girl problems (🙄), issues within immediate family, being disappointed expectations I had for myself, etc. I’ve been working on bettering my situation over the years. Background story: it was a newly purchased second hand bike, before receiving the RC COVID started and I returned to my hometown. So never received it and I’m sure the RTO is not going to handover me the RC easily.
