Took a role and will be managing 3 people for the first time. All 3 are more experienced and older than me. Any tips from the folks out there that went through similar stretch roles and succeeded?

PwC has a job posting for Valuations within Financial Markets advisory. Based on the description is sounds like this isn’t within the realm of deals, yet I can’t seem to find anyone to hear experiences on what the role is like behind the JD. Any insights? Is this just purely audit support?
