was going to do seminars with clients over 50 and have the attorneys pitch trust over wills for them etc... do a seminar and offer food and try to get customers that way.
LTC with estate planning. Get an insurance wholesaler to do the presentations. Just invite the dr as a guest unless he can bring something relevant to the table. Most dr are too busy or have zero business /finance presentation skills.
There is nothing wrong with being honest. When I first started, I contacted professional acquaintances of mine, and said I was starting out in the business, and if they had a rollover, it would be really appreciated if they could help me build my business, and I would treat them really well. I can think of one of those clients, I just met recently, and they thanked me for everything that I did to help them over the years.
Ask them for introductions to their friends/co workers. Take the doctor and his co worker to lunch so there’s not as much pressure
Simply call them. Lunch works for busy people who like to go home at end of day. It's okay to be new, and to reach out to professionals. Have an sincere and honest answer when they ask, "why them?". Do this frequently, get comfortable, and enjoy your new career!
