Hello all, I work for a small consumer goods company as Ecommerce Director. I’m pretty much the only one managing our Ecomm store, no direct reports but manage a marketing and Amazon 3rd party agencies for the brand. I’ve been with company almost 2 years and have significantly increased sales. Do you submit fake rental receipts and owner pan card detail for HRA? Is it normal ? I see most people does in my team. They submit parents or spouse pan card number as owner pan card number to get HRA. Is it same everywhere?

I had a creative Director question my worth and said the only reason I’m in this industry is because of MAIP (as if it was a bad thing). I been unsure how I should handle it and would love advice❤️

How do you stay motivated in an industry that is seemingly unimportant when put into perspective of other macro cultural trends and world events?

Typically when someone brings a unique experience or skill to the table they’re compensated for it. surgeons/technicians.

Working at a place with less then 10% POC total. Then watched as the majority of those folks left after less than a year. This virtual work environment has reminded me how much MAIP used to anchor me to a physical sense of community.

What are the biggest challenges the advertising industry is facing in 2020?

It seems as though entry level/junior roles in the industry are slowly disappearing. How can young people who haven’t managed to get their foot in the door yet actually start? For not so recent grads.
