Toronto marketers, how do you know what salary range you should target?

I see marketing roles asking for 2-3 years of experience paying anywhere from $40k to $80k+, and I’m not sure why.

I have 1 year of local in-house experience, 1 year agency experience, and 3 years overseas experience. I made the final round for one $80k–90k role, but most applications are quiet. Should I start applying to $40k to $50k roles?

I started a new job recently and then had my PTSD seriously triggered, plus a panic attack. Felt so on edge and low on emotional resources for over a week that I wasn’t myself and apparently really rubbed a few people the wrong way so I was called in for a talking to 😣. I let people know there were some personal things going on, but didn’t mention the PTSD—very unsure if that’s something to share, or if I’d be judged for it or... I don’t even know. Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.
