Got offer from Mindtree. They're fine wit 90 days NP & given 30% hike (18 LPA).

If I submit resignation now, It ll be 8 + 3 months(Np).Total of 11 months & 7 days.

1.) Can I show it as 1 Year in my profile?

2.) Is it worth making this offer, having agitation due to 90 days NP may get less calls in future.

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?
