I tried counting my calories while on this trip. My lunch was basically my whole day’s worth of calories and I barely finished 2/3rd of it 🙃 man I HATE calorie counting. I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Resignation - I recently quit my job in a very toxic environment and I’ve been here over eight years. Last week I had to explain to my child what “politics” (as in office politics) is. My child is going to a new high school and wants to play volleyball. There was a 3 day open “tryout” for incoming freshman for 2 teams. After the first day, she noticed that
1) there were obvious favorites (coaches are not even hiding that fact);

Do you usually do 20-minute, 30-minute, 45-minute or 1-hour Peloton classes? Before I got one, I felt like I needed at least an hour to get a good workout. But I’ve found 30- and even 20-minute Peloton classes to be really satisfying and tiring. I am worried though about being lulled into doing less.
