Bain & Company Hello, I received an offer as a Senior Practice Manager at Bain. The profit sharing range is 0-12% in the offer letter. Is it typical to receive the midpoint (6%)? Also, what do the annual salary increases typically look like? Any insights are much appreciated. Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group McKinsey & Company

2nd Land’s End. It’s an easy hike and you can see the Pacific, Sutro Barth’s, Ocean Beach, GG Beach etc.
Also recommend Muir Woods across the bridge for a great hike. It’s not too strenuous
Stinson Beach up to Mt Tam is a bit tougher with a crapton of switchbacks. But you can reward yourself with a great view.
You can then go to Berkeley, the Grizzly Peak trail will give you an awesome view of the Bay Area
You can also take the Ferry to Sausalito, it’s pretty chill
I loved Land’s End
Point Reyes National Seashore. 1.5 hour drive from SF. There should still be some baby seals at their Drake's Beach. 13 miles in-and-out with wild elk, foxes, quail-like animals. Breathtaking views of the Pacific. Easily my favorite and most memorable day trip.
Depends on what you're into. Napa/Sonoma are only an hour north, unless you're planning on just staying in the city.
Want to do mostly outdoor activities
Where in the Bay area will you be staying? @ OP That helps when I make recommendations.
Cross the bridge and go to the lighthouse cafe in Sausalito for breakfast.
Take a Segway tour around golden state park. You look super dorky but I had a blast
