Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

14 PTO. What you don’t use rolls over. It’s plenty given the paid breaks during the year and having summer off.

That sounds great!
We get 4 personal days and 8 sick days each year. Unused days get rolled over as sick days.
Yes, those are more than enough, IMO.
12 PTO days. What isn’t used gets rolled over. You can also sell back some days at the end of the year if you have more than 30 days saved up.

I had 21 this year, but I am not sure if any of that was carried over from last year.

They don’t. I always use them.

That seems nice!
10 PTO days (no sick or personal - just 10 days). I've had to have surgery and have gotten sick once already so you can imagine how many days I have left. Thanks for the trigger warning.

We get 5 sick and 5 PTO so I feel ya!
3 PTO and 10 sick. The unused days roll over.

We only get one personal day, and professional development is no longer on the list.

I had already put our sick day total in another comment.
10 sick, 3 personal, 1 family illness. If not used, gets rolled over to next year (all become sick days). Retirement cash out capped at $15,000.
