Trump’s proposal to ban large institutional investors from buying single-family homes is sparking major debate. Supporters say it could reduce cash-buyer competition and help first-time buyers in investor-heavy markets. Critics warn it may shrink single-family rental supply and won’t fix the real issue—low housing inventory. The true impact depends on how “corporate investor” is defined, whether Congress acts, and which local markets are most affected.

It will be really interesting to see what happens hear. I do think that this would be good for home buyers. People my age can't even afford houses right now and this might allow a better chance.
I really hope he can block corporate buyers from buying single family homes! There are some CEO's that are greedy A-holes and do not deserve the fortune they have made.
