Trying to determine if I’m underpaid. I work in analytics engineering and operations strategy with:

• 4 YOE in data science and analytics; 1.5 years in current role
• Master’s degree in comp sci
• Live in a HCOL area
• $147k base + equity with no bonus

I basically built the entire analytics code base for my team and have been driving impactful strategic initiatives both in data and in operations. Working 10-15 hours a day - can’t remember the last time I worked 9-5.

Am I greedy given my YOE?

Have technical interview (pen and paper only) coming up with a BB, can anyone offer advice/resources/suggested way to practice?

So im starting to lead meetings with clients but I always find myself going back and forth with the client trying to get more information following the initial WT which I feel is annoying . Is this normal or do I need to do a better job of writing out questions and agendas prior to the meeting.

I have 1.5 years of HR experience under my belt with a law degree (concentrated in discrimination in the workplace) and I have a bachelor’s in psych. Anyone know of any roles available?
