What career path offer the most money?
I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

LA office of East Coast firm that is AmLaw 100, but not paying market. Minimum billable hours are 1800, but really expected billable hours are at least 1900, plus another big chunk of hours for BD and nonbillable but creditable hours. Base salary is $400,000. A discretionary bonus possible but only if the billable hours are substantially over 1800. Also, there is potential comp for originations and managing matters.
Good bowl! Midwest. Amlaw 100. 230. No book of business. True expectation 1950. Not sure about bonus but expect salary to be raised bc of associate raises.
SF Amlaw100 firm on Cravath scale, and my base is $425k with a 1950 expectation. I’m not on track to hit hours, so bonus may be 0, but is otherwise discretionary.
Expecting to make counsel soon. Pay isn’t much more than top of the senior associate scale, with about a $10k bump each year. Some counsel in my practice area make near or at 7 figs, however. Just depends on firm and what you can negotiate.
