Trying to help my younger brother break in to IB and wondering if anyone has any advice on this situation. He’s D1 athlete that went to a non target on scholarship due to my family’s financial situation. However, he has super minimal internship experience since he was forced to play in semi pro leagues each summer so he’s running in to the the classic non target candidate issue. Any thoughts on what he can do to improve his candidacy?/ any small firms known to have less rigid recruitment policy?

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through.
