Hold or Sell?
Hello fishes,
Last Monday (16 May), I had sent an email to Mindtree recruiter regarding the other offer I have and to revise my salary structure.
I haven't got any response from them yet. My joining date in Mindtree is 23rd May, and 30th May in another organization.
I'm not sure what I should do next?
P.S other offer is from Citiustech Healthcare Technologies .

Who's it for? Be mindful of performance cycles. That slows down HR and the numbers they have to work with
EY. HR said partner signing the offer was on vacation, but he should be back by now...when does EY's performance year end?
OP, same as ours, but they just got comp info. Just be patient. Sounds like you are in!!
Also keep in mind how the firms are performing fiscally right now, everyone I have talked to (Big 4 and outside) makes it clear hearing back or getting an offer could take time. They don't want to bring someone in if it'll fuck you both over.
Easily. When they want you, they WANT you. Could be timing. Circle back in 6 months.
I assume for Deloitte?
OP, could be a lot of factors. When I applied to EY, it took 3 months to get my offer because they didn't have a job posting, ppl were on vacation, etc. PwC got me an interview within a month and an offer within a week.
I heard back pretty quickly but my start date was set SEVEN WEEKS after I accepted.
Same shit happened to me.
@Op, expect a bunch of ppl leaving around Oct, so your joining will prob be around late October
@EY2 why October?
Bonuses are paid out either in mid sept or early oct. nobody wants to leave without getting their dues, unless other firm puts up a big signing bonus
I talked to a recruiter from Deloitte who sounded very interested and excited about my prospects and a month later I've heard nothing
