I'm sorry :( I have been through these phases before and I just want to reassure you that it's just a phase and you can/will move through it. It's true that some more exercise (and better sleep and nutrition) can all help with depression, for sure. But don't be too hard on yourself, it will all work out!

What’s going on? You aren’t alone. Try to spend the day going things you like. Try something help ground you mentally, working out, yoga, prayer, etc. and remember it always gets bettet
May Allah make it easy for you.
I try to look out for small things in each day which give me some joy

Hang in there - call friends and family share with them
If not try therapy - Alma has good Muslim therapist
