They always find something wrong and I’m one of those to stand up for myself but I guess I have to be careful because I still need my job. My boss won’t stop sexually harassing me. Verbally, email, texts - 400+. He even set up his office with a display of sex toys and edibles condiments to show me that he planned to give me oral sex. All started 3 weeks into the job. I moved my family cross country for this job and just bought a house. He promises me none of his requests or my responses will affect my job and is just begging now to be friends with me. Tell me what would you do if you were me.

A toxic co-worker tried to throw me under the bus to cover their mistake in a call with leadership 😢😢. I showed the proof of conversation the next moment without hesitation to everyone. Suddenly their tone changes and tries to divert the topic 😒😒. I am distraught 🙁🙁

Need some feedback! So I was forced to move jobs about 6 months ago due to reorg and the new leader opting to bring their existing EA with them, without even meeting me. If stayed at the company but accepted an offer for a job outside of the department I was in. I’ve now been asked by a manager from my old department to apply for a job they’re opening that would be a 2 step promotion. She thought she got my managers permission to approach me (see comments)

manager assistants are 100 percent remote while executive assistant roles are expected to be mapped to a local office. MAs support six senior managers or associate partners while EAs support 3 partners. MAs should have 1-3 years experience to apply and EAs should have 3-5 or more.
