1 - Ive heard of some short notice moves but never 2 weeks. Might want to get some proof.
2- If you are not married, you are not part of the move as far as the military is concerned. You will not be factored into any pay or allowances and certainly not into any housing or transportation.
3 - Since you are not married, Deloitte is under no obligation to accommodate your move in any way. Recommend you be very careful in how you present this to them
Even if they were married Deloitte still isn’t under any obligation to accommodate the move. But that doesn’t matter because the firm has been incredibly flexible with relocations since the pandemic—for any reason— the main thing they care about is whether or not you can be / remained staffed. It helps tremendously to have some leadership sponsor, which hopefully you can get either given your situation (military connected) or your project. It’s never a guarantee but I wouldn’t be too worried about getting support

So Deloitte doesn’t really have HR which is probably why they’re asking (or at least not “HR” in the traditional sense of a big office you can go HRing to)

HR and all your PML
Since its a Fiancee and not a spouse reaction could be different.
Just be prepared. But if you have been remote it may work. If you have a local client it could be different.
They are very supportive of military spouses at deloitte. They will accommodate you. The process isn’t the same as a normal move
Update! Leadership was astoundingly supportive of the move, especially since it didn’t effect any of my client work. They just transitioned me to being full time remote but still with my same office. Reached out to my coach & RM and it was all taken care of within a day or so thank goodness 🙏
Contact your Talent RM, and initiate the convo. Unless you’re in GPS or a delivery center of sorts, I can’t imagine any pushback
I’m a TC1 in BTS. This is relieving to hear, thank you! (fingers crossed)
You'll be fine. Just initiate convo with your RM, your current PPMD (if relationship exists), and your coach.
Deep breath. It'll all work out. Best of luck with move.
Oof. As a spouse, I feel for you good luck!

Your Talent Business Advisor. You can bill your time sheets from your new location and at some point you will need to click “office transfer” on Dnet. It’s easy if you’re Commercial

Oof- he’s going to Polk? Sorry. Tell him to do whatever he has to in order to get new orders.
Yup! He’s a new LT, just graduated IBOLC. Getting PL time with 2-2 10th Mountain which isn’t a bad gig for him career wise actually. Location just sucks 😂
