Urgent 😰 Deloitte Question: Who should I contact regarding a last-minute military PCS? (military move)

Context: My fiancée just received orders last week that he must report to a new duty station Nov20 (yes we were given less than 2 weeks to move). We will be going from Georgia to Louisiana. I’m somewhat new to the firm, (6months in) and have no idea who I should contact. I’ve been working primarily remote. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Received an offer from IQVIA and base location is bangalore.The offer came with relocation expenses which the company will provide.I do not wish to relocate at the moment and would want to wfh for now.

I’m trying to pivot to PM after >3 years in finance and I have a 2nd round interview with CPO this week. Company has 3.7 on Glassdoor with complaints about CEO, “bro-y” culture, and hard to wfh. It’s a data analytics company with 5 PMs, was bought by a PE firm this year, and has a new (female) CEO as of Oct. Role is 50/50 hybrid, pays well vs what I make, and most importantly would be a foot in the door to PM. Is this a good place to be for PM? What else do I need to find out to know for sure?

I am not getting any response on my posts..I'm feeling depressed due to my bad luck. I have only 1 month noticeperiod left & had only 1 offer in hand with 40CTC. Right now my current salary is too low which is 27LPA with 14 yrs of exp and working as Data scientist. I am getting very few interview calls.
