Same. We’re all in the same proverbial boat here, no matter how much leadership hammers for billable hours.
I’d say at least 90% of senior managers/directors are feeling the same way.
Hopefully, they are checking in to see how you’re/your family is doing, lending an ear, etc. and not adding stress during an already stressful time.
