I just received an EY Senior II offer in NYC with base salary of 115k. Is this typical for this position in NYC or should I fight for more?

Serious question: Why’d we have to migrate our network logins to FCB Health in addition to our emails? Couldn’t we have just started listing our emails as “@fcbhealth” but logging in as “@FCB”?
Our old emails instantly forward to our current ones, so I don’t see why it couldn’t be the other way.

Advice when looking for Tech Consulting internships in Chicago or DC Metro? My GPA (3.04) has disqualified me from most major companies. Has anyone here moved from GDS to onshore teams, eg EY US, Canada etc? What is the process like? Do we need partner/counselor approvals?

If I resign from GDS and join EY US for example, will that create any issue?

Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall. I am wondering if anyone with this current setup has any feedback about it. I would face the wall so that I would have a better background for video conferences (am on about half the day) and also my cord situation would be cleaner.

Anyone found an affordable adjustable standing desk they like? I have an iMac and a laptop is like to be able to fit on it.

Random vent for the day: my Bluetooth keyboard has a key just for accessing the calculator, and it’s directly above the backspace. I have approximately 12 instances of my calculator open on my desktop at any given time.. 😡

My superiors are asking me to contact CEOs of debtors to chase payments. We’re in B2B and payments are usually 30 days or more. As soon as we get someone over that and they don’t provide a payment date, I’m being asked to contact their CEOs somehow and demand payment. I think it’s dumb, will hurt the relationship and I also don’t want to ruin my reputation. Thoughts?
