I currently have an offer from both IBM and TCS for database developer role. IBM's package is a slightly less than what TCS has offered. While my plan is to join TCS but i have no clue about what project/account i will be onboarded to. I am very much comfortable in my current organization and they have agreed to match the IBM offer. Hence, i am slightly confused.

New to LA... what’s the best places to meet people? I live in downtown

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. What did you THINK you were going to do when you started college, and what do you do today?

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?
